The TOEFL Preparation Program is designed for students at the high intermediate to advanced level to provide a
comprehensive study course for the TOEFL examination.
The program consists of 30 lessons a week covering grammar, vocabulary, conversation, listening comprehension, pronunciation, and during Section C, TOEFL testtaking practice and strategy, and academic skills. Each of the three sections of the exam is covered in the course.
Teachers utilize ELC’s Multimedia Lab for both class instruction and test-taking practice. In addition to taking practice tests throughout the program students have the opportunity to take ELC’s Institutional TOEFL each session.
