English Language Center (ELC) Enrollment

How to Enroll

  1. Please check prices first.
  2. Your booking will be processed by the agency Language School Worldwide (LSW). The agency guarantees to charge you only the original school prices - no hidden fees (more information).
  3. If you wish to enroll for a course, please complete the enrollment form below.
  4. Within 2 business days and after confirming availability of the requested course and accommodation, we will send you a provisional confirmation of enrollment with details and prices of the selected program.
  5. Upon receiving our provisional confirmation, you are requested to send us a deposit. Rest payment has to be made at least three weeks before program start. If you require a visa or if you enroll for a program less than 6 weeks before the starting date, full payment has to be made after receiving the provisional confirmation of enrollment.
    We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card (a reduced 1.5% processing fee applies for credit card payments).
  6. After receiving your payment, we will complete your enrollment with the school and send you the final confirmation for course and accommodation.

Student Visa Information
Yes, I am enrolling in a full-time program of 24 lessons or more per week and I would like to receive my I-20 form.

Courier Fee
If requested, ELC can send an I-20 via express courier for a fee of $55. There is also a $55 courier fee to send an I-20 if the I-20 request is received less than four weeks before the course start date.
