English Plus Surfing
The waters off the coast of Los Angeles are world famous for their mild temperatures and great waves. The English +
Surfing Program at ELC Los Angeles provides students the unique chance to improve their English and learn the amazing
sport of surfing in California.
Students will have the opportunity to be up on the waves working one-on-one with a local professional surfer. Students will receive 8 hours of individual surfing lessons. All classroom materials (books, surfboards, and wetsuits) will be provided. Additionally, all transportation to and from the local beaches will be provided door-to-door for the student. In addition to the beach instruction, the student can look forward to beach barbecues and similar gatherings after a great day at the beach.
2-week program includes:
- 40 lessons of General English
PLUS
- 8 hours of beach instruction in surfing
- Transportation to and from the local beaches
- Free use of surfboard and wetsuit
